Contract and terms of sale

This is a contract for Sale between

residing at -' hereinafter referred to as the "purchaser," and Joy Anandi, residing at 15 Copper Hill Court, Durham, NC 27713, hereinafter referred to as "Joy," for the Persian cat

hereinafter referred to as the "feline;"

In consideration of the sum of $-

paid to Joy, the purchaser has bought the feline.

The following are the tenns of this contract:

Joy agrees to furnish full and accurate pedigree information on the feline being purchased. Registration in any other associations will be the responsibility of the purchaser .

2. In no case may the feline being purchased be sold, leased, placed for stud service, or otherwise given to a new owner without the written pennission from Joy.

3 .The purchaser will provide the feline being purchased with a clean, healthy living environment and will maintain this feline's health free from disease.

4. Joy receives first pick of the purchased female's first litter.

5. lf the feline being purchased is a male, Joy is to receive 1 free stud services on demand.

6. This contract is subject to the laws of the State of North Carolina, and the purchaser agrees to submit to North Carolina jurisdiction.

7. If the event the purchaser refuses to honor the tenus of this contract, Joy will receive the sum of $- as liquidated damages.

By signing their signatures below, both parties agree to abide by the tenns of this contract, and indicate their acceptance thereof.
